Pietro has been managing departmental budgets and resources for many years. He is a PRINCE2 certified multi-channel retail project and account manager with over 18 years experience in both hospitality and high-street retail arenas. He has delivered over 30 (over one hundred, if you include upgrades) successful retail system projects over the last decade, ranging from EPOS and customer ordering to inventory management, multi-channel integration and payment solutions (e.g. EGC and PCI).
Simon was part of the original team that brought Retail-J™ to the market and continues to support the product even after it has been announced end-of-life by its current owners. He has been involved in enterprise solution conception, design, development and full lifecycle management and support for over 18 years. He has over a decade of experience as a Java EE developer, a Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle DBA, and a Windows desktop/server and Linux systems integrator.
