Pietro has been managing departmental budgets and resources for many years. He is a PRINCE2 certified multi-channel retail project and account manager with over two decades of experience in both hospitality and high-street retail arenas. He has delivered over one hundred successful retail system projects over the last decade, ranging from POS and customer ordering to inventory management, multi-channel integration and payment solutions (e.g. EGC and PCI).
Simon was part of the original team that brought Retail-J™ to the market and continues to support the product even after it has been announced end-of-life by its current owners. He has been involved in enterprise solution conception, design, development and full lifecycle management and support for over two decades. He has over a decade of experience as a Java EE developer, a Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle DBA, and a Windows desktop/server and Linux systems integrator.
